Q1: How do I know my email address and personal details are safe from SPAMMERS?
A1: We have used the latest technology to generate an image with all your details as a "business card" thus programs cannot scour this site and pull out email addresses or names and contact details. The only way to use the information herein is to re-write the details into your email program. We have done this to make the site and your details more secure and at the end of the day this benefits you.

Q2: When is the draw for the competitions?
A2: It will be held on the last day of every second month (ie: the first draw will be on the 30th September, the second on 30 November, etc...) Winners will ONLY be notified by email, so please make sure your email address is correct and that you check your email on the 1st of every month.

Q3: What about companies and organisations?
A3: The Red Pages tries to make every effort to make sure that this list is comprehensive and ONLY contains INDIVIDUAL peoples details. We are not trying to build a company database (there are plenty of these around already). The purpose of this site is to help people find your contact details if they only know your name or surname and area.

Q4: Do you intend to sell the email addresses to external organisations ?
A4: No we do not intend to do this. We hope to send out one email every month to our registered users informing them of new features to the site. Any company is welcome to sponsor the sending of the email but we guarantee you that we will not send more than one email per month to you.

Q5: How do I sponsor the sending of an email and what do I get in return?
A5: Should you wish to sponsor an email, please email "advertising@redpages.co.za" and send us your details (Name, Email, Tel, Company Name, Company Address) and we will get in touch with you shortly with pricing. Upon agreement and receipt of payment in advance the next monthly email will contain your advert at the TOP of the email. Requirements of the advert will be supplied in the email back to you. The banner will be clickable through to any url of your choice.
